Potting Compound

Fasto SP210G is two part high performance noncorrosive non-shrinking fast curing silicone based pottingcompound. Fasto SP210G is specially formulated forvarious applications where flexible & rigid potting is veryimported during assembly. Due to flexibility & rigidness,the potting can't be removed easily. Fasto SP210G isflowable compound and can be easily used. FastoSP210G offers good electrical insulation, thermalconductivity and weatherability. Its performance at hightemperature is also excellent.

Fasto SP210G is rigid but flexible potting compound. It isvery useful where protection of circuits/components fromwater, moisture & dust is important. It is non shrinkingand widely finds its application on drivers of LED basedlights, automotive lights and other electrical applianceswhere rigid and flexible potting is required. It can sealsubstrates like metals, glass and various plastics (likePC, ABS, AS, PBT, etc).

Then there are polyurethane casting resins. They are fast setting and our product offerings do not need a respirator as they are very low in odor emission. These polyurethane casting resin products are two-part, 1-to-1 mix ratio formulas that set from 5 to 20-minutes. The two varieties offered here are opaque and a water clear resin. The opaque resins set to an ivory color in approximately 5-8 minutes. The clear casting resins require more setting time up to about 25-minutes. The advanced formula clear resins set with fewer air bubbles than most available formulas. We even offer a unique polyesher resin formula that will expand (point up) your castings up to 160%

However, no water clear polyurethane casting resin is completely bubble free. Therefore, the use of a pressure pot is recommended to perfect the casting without bubbles. The advantage of polyurethane resins over polyester resins is that these formulas are very low in odor compared to carcinogenic producing smells of polyester resins.

Fasto SP110T is two part high performance non corrosive transparent silicone based potting compound. Fasto SP110T is specially formulated for various applications where flexible & transparent potting is very imported during assembly. Due to flexibility & low hardness, the potting can be removed for repairing of circuits/components. Fasto SP110T is flowable compound and can be easily used. Fasto SP110T offers good electrical insulation and weatherability. Its performance at high temperature is also excellent. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS Fasto SP110T is flexible potting compound. It is very useful where protection of circuits/components from moisture & dust is important. It widely finds its application on LED based lights, automotive lights and other electrical appliances. It can seal substrates like metals, glass and various plastics (like PC, ABS, AS, PBT, etc).
