SPEB-7 Spray Grade is specially developed for industries like upholstery; bus body where the quantity of adhesive used is high, in order to get better coverage, faster production, high bonding strength and faster bonding.

 

Applications:

 

• SPEB-7 Spray Grade is suitable for bonding materials to each other like foam to rubber, coir to canvas, as well as wood to plywood in the making of furniture like sofas, chairs and mattresses.

Methods of Use:

 

• Ensure that the surface to be bonded is clean and dry. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove any dirt, grease etc. Spray the adhesive on both surfaces evenly and allow drying for 5-10 mins or until just “dry to touch". Now join both surfaces and press well for about 6-8 hours to get a strong and perfect bond. Care should be taken to avoid trapping of air during joining.

 

Note:

 

Workable bond strength of the joint will be achieved after sometime, but maximum strength will occur only after the solvent has completely evaporated which takes between 12-24 hours depending on the

porosity of the surface
