Non-reactive Hotmelts  a new level of processing

Non-reactive hot melts are frequently used for edge banding and profile wrapping, flat lamination, assembly and sealing processes. Under the TECHNOMELT brand, Henkel is offering non-reactive hotmelts on EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate), polyolefin (APAO) as well as polyamide (PA) base. In general, these thermoplastic hotmelts differ in terms of their adhesion and heat resistance. The clean processing, coupled with high machine speeds, fast setting and excellent aging behaviour make them first choice for furniture and building components.

 TECHNOMELT EM 89P is a transparent, 100% solid Pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive. It is best used for labeling glass and PET bottles with plastic or paper labels. It has very good processing time on medium line speeds and can be used with standard rollers, wheel, or nozzle applicators. It also enables energy savings due to lower application temperature.

Hot Melt Adhesive for Bottle Labelling has low viscosity which can be operated at lower temperature and reduce label deformation and it is not drawing that creates better machine operation. It is permanent tacky that can bonding label with less volume and good adhesive for various kinds

Henkel Technomelt Supra 350 HT Overview

Highly efficient white hot melt adhesive for packaging applications with difficult substrates and demanding ambient conditions. Technomelt Supra 350 HT is a fast-setting, high-quality synthetic hot melt that is used for wrap-around cases, tray forming, folding boxes and bonding of materials with difficult-to-bond surfaces. It provides excellent processing and bonding characteristics, very high adhesion, high heat resistance, high hot tack, high mileage characteristics and it is suitable for deep-freeze packaging.

Over the last years, the edgebanding hot melt Jowatherm  has become an established all-rounder on the market. The adhesive is renowned for good-natured processing characteristics and excellent bond strength. The white colour version Jowatherm is especially suitable for bonding white edgebands on white decor materials. This provides superior bondings - the optical zero-bondline achieved with a classic hot melt based on EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate). Now, Jowat rounds off this product group with Jowatherm , a colourless, opaque version. The product is transparent and crystal clear in the melt, and provides colourless, opaque bondlines. Therefore, it is perfect for dark decors or combinations of different decor materials.
